General Requirement:
1. 3 Pass Photo size photos with name and details on the backside along with filled application form to be furnished.
2. Recommendation letter of editor/ Chief of News Bureau/Head of Government /CEO/Input Editor in original addressed to CIPR/District Collector concerned for seeking accreditation to their media representatives at State/Districts.
3. For State & District Level: Degree certificate OR Last 3 consecutive years Accreditations OR An authorization letter from the management of the media house that he/she is employee (proof of certificates).
4. Proof of Experience Certificate.
For Print Media:
1. RNI registration certificate of the Newspaper/ periodical.
2. Circulation certificate issued by the RNI/ABC/CA (with GST Returns) showing the latest circulation.
3. For News Agency: Minimum five years of standing at State Level and three years for District Level.
4. Last 3 months issues (for dailies and periodicals to be furnished along with Application Form).
5. Press Clippings in respect of Mandal Correspondent (Not less than 10 per month for 3 months prior to his/her application).
For Electronic Media:
1. Up-linking/telecast permission from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India to ascertain date of commencement of telecast (for Satellite Media).
2. Certificate of Registration under Cable Television Network Regulation Act 1995 (for cable network channels).
3. Copy of postal license.
4. One month CD telecast in the cable network channel preceding the date of application (for cable network channel) (CD to be furnished along with signed copy of application).
For News Agencies:
1. Registration Certificate under Shops and Establishment Act.
2. List of Subscribers.
3. Copies of Agreement made with the subscribers to supply news on regular basis.
4. CA Certificate along with GST as proof of circulation.
5. For News Agencies :- For each accreditation, 2 items per day or average of 60 items per month for 3 months published in different news papers empanelled by I&PR Department (to be furnished along with Application Form).
6. For Photo News Agency :– For each accreditation, 2 photographs per day or average of 50 photographs per month for a period of 3 months published in different news papers empanelled by I&PR Department prior to date of accreditation(to be furnished along with Application Form).
7. For Video News Agency:- For each accreditation, 2 video clippings per day or average of 50 video clippings per month for a period of 3 months which telecast with courtesy logo from empanelled news channels of I&PR prior to date of application. (CD to be furnished along with signed copy of application).
For Freelance Journalist:
1. Proof of 10 years experience certificate.
2. For Freelance print Media Journalists - 12 articles published with byline in big & medium dailies/periodicals in the year preceding date of application for a period of 6 months prior to date of application (to be furnished along with Application Form).
3. For Freelance Photographers/Cartoonist – 12 Photos/Cartoon clippings published in different dailies/periodicals for a period of 6 months prior to date of application (to be furnished along with Application Form).
4. For Freelance Video Journalists/Videographer/ animator of Electronic Media - 12 video clipping telecast in different news channel for a period of 6 months prior to the date of application (CD to be furnished along with signed copy of application).
For Veteran Journalist:
1. 1.Proof of 58 years of age and 20 years of experience certificate.
